If you and your family want to live and work in the Czech Republic or Slovakia, the most convenient way is to obtain a business visa.
The first step is to set up a company. As soon as you become the executive director of the company, you can submit the necessary documents to the Immigration Police
and ask for a business visa.
When you get the visa you can live and do business in the Czech Republic or Slovakia.

After you get the long-term business visa, you can take your spouse and children to the Czech Republic or Slovakia based on the „reunification with family“ type of visa. Of course we will help you get this for your family.
Your children will be entitled to attend kindergarten, primary and high school. Public schools are generally free and good quality. In Prague and Bratislava there are also English schools.
After you legally stay in the Czech Republic or Slovakia for five years and pass the language test, you are entitled to permanent residence. This status gives you practically the same rights as local citizens have.
After 10 years, you may apply for citizenship.
